Cancer
Cancer insurance is a type of supplemental health insurance that can provide payment to be used to offset the costs of cancer treatments, or however the recipient sees fit. It can help alleviate some of the financial burden involved with treatment, allowing you or a loved one more energy to focus on recovery.
Critical Illness
Critical illness insurance is a type of supplemental health insurance that provides a financial safety net if you are diagnosed with a serious illness or disability. It can help cover expenses that your health plan doesn't, such as treatment, lost income, and other financial obligations.
Disability
Disability insurance is a plan that replaces part of a person's income if they are unable to work due to an illness or injury. It can help protect a person and their family from unexpected accidents or illnesses. Disability insurance typically replaces between 60% and 85% of a person's income.
Dental
Dental insurance can cover a range of procedures, including:
Preventive care: Annual cleanings, X-rays, and sealants. Basic procedures: Gum disease treatments, extractions, fillings, and root canals. Major procedures: Crowns, bridges, inlays, implants and dentures.
Vision
Vision care insurance will often cover routine eye health expenses such as eye exams, contact lens fittings, contact lenses, and eyeglass lenses and frames.

A critical illness can happen to anyone — and at any time, without warning. Whether it’s happened to a family member or a friend, most of us are probably familiar with the hardships a serious illness can bring.
Unfortunately, a serious illness can also cause financial strain. A person may be unable to work for a time. Plus, medical bills and other unexpected expenses can add up. A medical health insurance plan may cover some health care costs. But often, it won’t cover it all. That’s where a critical illness plan can help.
In most cases, cancer insurance cannot be purchased after a cancer diagnosis. Insurance companies typically require applicants to undergo medical underwriting and disclose their medical history, including any pre-existing conditions. Individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer may not be eligible for cancer insurance or may face significant limitations and exclusions.
Yup. Short-term disability insurance replaces your income if you’re out of work for a short period of time, typically around three to six months. Long-term disability insurance replaces your income for longer stretches of time. We’re talking years or even decades. But it takes a while to kick in. You’ll have wait out what’s known as an elimination period before receiving benefits. And those periods can run anywhere from 30 to 365 days, depending on what you opt for.
Depending on the level of care there may be waiting periods. Typically Preventative services are covered immediately. However, depending on the plan, Basic and Major procedures may have waiting periods or scaling coverage depending on how long you have been enrolled in the plan.
